isAlliteration

Description Returns true if the two words are alliterations (if their first stressed consonants match). Note: returns true if wordA.equals(wordB) and false if either (or both) are null.
Example
RiTa.isAlliteration("cat","kitchen");
Parameters
Stringthe first word
Stringthe second word
boolean(optional, only in Java) noLTS: if set to true the process will not use LTS (letter-to-sound rules), default=false
Returns
booleantrue if the first stressed consonant of the two words match
